Noel Legara

Noel Y. Legara is one of our Care Coaches in Qualfon Dumaguete. In 2012, he started his vocation journey at Qualfon Cebu and was transferred to Dumaguete in 2013. He has 9 years’ experience providing pastoral, emotional, work, and career care. He finds the essence of his existence in serving thousands of employees, immediate family members and significant others with personal challenges in life.

He earned his degree in Bachelor of Arts major in Philosophy at St. Camillus College Seminary in 2010. He is currently taking Master of Arts in Education major in Guidance and Counseling at St. Paul University – Dumaguete. He is determined to further his education to better serve employees/persons, especially those with mental health conditions.

Before joining Qualfon, Noel experienced working in a bank/financial firms as Account Officer and a Loan Assistant. For this reason, he knows how important financial management is in the lives of individuals, families and small entrepreneurs. Now, as a Care Coach, Noel is happy to guide and empower employees who are eager to have a more integrated life and healthier finances.

Noel believes that in our respective vocation, we may not feel happy all the time, but what is important is that “we find the meaning of what we are doing.”
