Brian Dedera

Brian Dedera is one of our USA Care Coaches based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He supports Qualfon employees remotely in Orlando, Florida, multiple sites in Texas (Denisson, Harlingen, Fort Worth, Richardson, San Antonio), Fort Collins, Colorado and North Las Vegas, NV. Brian brings nearly 7 years of experience as a care coach with Qualfon and over 25+ years’ experience in pastoral care.

He was born and raised in the small town of Gold Beach, Oregon. Upon completing high school, he attended Western Baptist College (Corban University) and worked towards his master’s degree at Reformed Theological Seminary.

After completion of school, Brian and his family moved to Spokane, WA where he served in a small community church both as a Youth Pastor and Senior Pastor. His duties included regular preaching and counseling within the local church body. Brian also provided support to individuals with needs for life planning.

Brian has a heart for the Lord and a desire to serve people. His life’s mission has been dedicated to this purpose. Qualfon has been a place where he has been able to fulfill this purpose through encouraging and supporting employees.

Some of his hobbies include rockhounding with his family, blues guitar, and reading works of theology in his backyard. Brian has 4 children ages 26, 24, 20 and 14. and has been married for 28 years. When time allows, you will find Brian back on the beaches of the Oregon Coast spending time with family on vacation back in his childhood town.
